Community Direct Support Professional (aka, Life Skills Coach) Full-time (Days) in New Hampton, Iowa Full-time w/ Benefits Three scheduled shifts per week with available open shifts to pick up.
Includes every other weekend Days (6a-6p) 200 days off a year! As a Life Skills Coach (LSC), you would provide direct care for deserving individuals.
You will help the clients to help themselves by providing various services that are client-focused and client-driven.
Our staff provide empathy and respect to individuals while working in a team dynamic to ensure the best possible care.
Assisting the clients to make progress towards their overall goal is the ultimate reward! Training is provided.
Day shift Wages from $15.
00/hour
credit for any previous experience! +$2.
00 for bachelors in Human Services, Psychology, Criminology, or related degree.

00/hr during weekends.

50/hr after 6pm.

25/hr after successful 90-day probationary period.
